Question 1: Hello! Please tell us something about yourself. Where are you from, and where did you grow up?
Well, first of all, I want to introduce myself, I am Anshul Sharma, CEO, and founder of Fluper. The company is a leading mobile app development company in UAE, UK, and the USA, founded in 2014. The main mission was to develop an outstanding idea of catering to the world with agile methodology in the mobile app development world. I have experience in several mobility oriented solutions which has helped several businesses to accomplish their objectives by implementing the result-driven business formulations.
Question 2: Would you please tell me about your education.
Well, I have graduated in B.Tech then after I did PGDM in Sales & Marketing from Symbiosis Pune, and went to Cambridge University for Executive MBA in Sales. Frankly speaking, I was having zero interest in all this, as my goal was to do something that helps me to explore new technology trends. My zeal and passion helped me to establish my own business, and now I am CEO & Business Head of Fluper, helping Start-ups, and newcomers to imagine and execute dreams in real life.
Question 3: Why did you choose entrepreneurship over the job?
From a very young age, I was a vision-driven person and wanted to do some that suit my skills. My enthusiasm for the sales part and marketing has made me establish lasting relations with my clients across the globe. I have pursued a job for some time, but soon I realized that it is not my cup of tea, and I started polishing my skills at IBM incubation center with an astonishing ideology of technical innovation. It helped me gain insights into the businesses and processes that allowed me to start my own business.
Question 4: How did you get the idea to start Business Name/Startup Name?
The name of the company is very close to my heart. It is something that I always was looking forward to, even in my dreams. It was my dream to make this mobile app development agency the no.1 in the world by providing world-class services to every business in all the verticals all across the globe.
Question 5: What motivates you?
Being the CEO, it is vital to becoming a strategic thinker who determines how your company should go. However, every team member in my organization motivates me with their dedication and zeal to perform at peak. For me, money is not a motivational factor as I am more interested in accepting challenges than a huge paycheque.
Question 6: How do you define success?
Mr. Anshul Sharma said in the interview that -Success is learning something new every day from your clients, and team members or through any online portal. For me, success is spending my time on accepting and implementing changes that leverage my potential and help my clients globally in a meaningful way. Success gives me the freedom to live my life that makes me happy.
Question 7: What are your ideals?
Frankly speaking, I admire a lot of people in my life, but at the same time, I believe no one is perfect as we all are humans. Thus it is difficult to answer this question. But to answer your question, I would like to say that my Father is my biggest pillar of support and ideal.
Question 8: Who has been your greatest inspiration?
As I mentioned in your previous answer, I am grateful to my father for making certain that I get whatever I want in my life. Due to him, I realized the true worth of hard work and motivation. I have always seen him as a person working with full zeal and dedication! This quality of his has attracted me the most and keeps on motivating me with each passing day.
Question 9: How many hours a day do you work on average?
To answer this, I would like to say that I love my work very much, and in a week, I likely do 50-60 hours of work. Yes, I am quite a workaholic person.
Question 10: Can you describe/outline your ordinary day?
It is difficult to outline my day as every day comes with some new work and challenges.
Question 11: How has been an entrepreneur affected your family life and relationships?
No, it has never affected my relationships, when it comes to working, my family supports me. I try to maintain a gap between my personal and professional life. As the CEO of a leading mobile app development company, I have to dedicate my maximum time in every stage. But at the same time, I prefer spending my weekend time in family life activities.
Question 12: What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
According to my personal experience, there are no fixed skills needed to become a successful entrepreneur. But as per my opinion is considered I would say the three key attributes are:
Ready to take challenges
Ability to start something Innovative
Coordination with Team Member

Question 13: What piece of advice would you give to college graduates who want to become entrepreneurs?
Overall, I would like to say that to achieve goals, it is crucial to start without the fear of failure. Stay focused on your goal, and everything will settle down with time if you have the zeal to drive the idea ahead. To be successful, you need to be exceptional in the crowd and stick true to your dream goal.
